A comprehensive development of a block in the city’s central business district, it covers a site of some 6600m2 and a total building area of 70,000m2 with street frontages on all four sides. Hugh Wright’s flagship store, the Auckland Stock Exchange, BNZ’s second largest Auckland branch, the Futures Exchange and several levels of car parks are included in the development.

A podium structure covers the entire site and spans a public service lane. Contained within it is a public arcade and the office tower foyers. The roof of the podium is devoted to a public plaza, over 4050m2 in size, all of which is covered by a glazed, steel framed canopy at high level. Access is from street level on one frontage and by lifts or escalators from the other three.

Three office towers rise above the podium, each on a different street frontage. The fourth is a low rise structure which is home to a health club facility and retail shops that service the plaza. High quality finishes enhance all public spaces such as extensive use of granite and marble in all office foyers, arcades, and plazas. Some 15 lifts and 18 escalators ensure efficient and convenient movement of tenants and public alike.
